EOC: WEEK 10: STANDING OUT IN A CROWD

To have a wow added in our presentation I think that it would be what we already have in our presentation.  It is a good solid project.  What we had last time, with what we are going to add will be great.  It would have been nice to add the commercial into our presentation, but the lack of time will not permit it.  We will have good take aways and that will be enough with all the bugs worked out in our presentation

Dave: Hey Monica, did you see the YouTube video on the Veer Towers’ big marketing plan to sell Bachelor Pads to hot rich guys in Vegas?
Monica: Yea Dave, I did heard something about that, apparently they have these half naked hot guys laying out at the pool being waited on by girls in bikini’s bring them drinks and getting massages.  What do you think about that?
Dave: Well, if that’s what you get when you buy a bachelor pad at the Veer, sign me up!
Monica: I knew you’d say that Dave, but what do you think your wife will say?
Dave: Who say’s I’m going to tell her?
Monica: Only the million people watching us.
Dave: Oh

WEEK 7 EOC: Scheduling Issues

WEEK 7 EOC: Scheduling issues

In our timeline, we will at the completion of the condo, our bachelor could expect to move in right away and all he would need to do is unpack his clothes and tooth brush and bring in his favorite liquor for the bar.  The condo will be fully furnished complete with kitchen utensils, television, and sound system, bedding with mattress, artwork, and even closet hangers.
Our bachelor will be moving into total comfort and will be able to invite that special guest over that very night after a night out on the town; no need for groceries because he always eats out.

EOC WEEK 6: Professional Sales Presentation

Week6 EOC : Professional Sales Presentation

I think that it would be a good idea to interview a bachelor from our target group on video and then show it along with our presentation to the Veer Towers.  We would question them on their tastes and lifestyle what they are looking for in a condo and why the Veer Towers.

Another idea would be to beef up our brochure of our ideas for the bachelor condo and put them in the local design magazines.

To promote our firm 4 Interior Design, we could enter our design in design contests for NEWH or ASID and KNBA for the bathroom and kitchen.

WEEK 5: EOC MIDTERM

Our project had the three wows:  Our presentation was visually excellent and had a very professional appearance that was laid out to tell the story of our company, target client and project ideas.   Our ideas were well thought out and covered the aspects of the Project Life Cycle. We divided and subdivided the proper scope into major pieces or work packages including covering one of our marketing strategies that showed our brochure and referenced other projects that had used this idea with success and how they had to drop the sale price and with our designs they could make a profit.
Our project was well designed with measurable goals that could define the specific activities for each work package in order to accomplish the project objective, accomplished in a reasonable time frame, all of which makes our project the better one of the two.
The second team the project was not a professionally designed looking presentation nor was their web page.  The concept and design was somewhat juvenile and not classy.  It is important to develop a plan before the start of the project; this plan should include all the work tasks, associated costs, and estimates of the time necessary to complete them. They did meet the project performance goals and I think that they covered every target goal that is needed for a project of this magnitude.  Their design clearly needs to be polished before the final to have a winning presentation.
