The biggest challenges of budgeting for this project is trying to consider all of the things that you need to add into the budget. there are a lot more things that are needed to put a project together. If I was really doing this for a client I would have a contractor help me with all of the pricing and labor costs and details of every item that is needed for installation. If the budget was off you would have to tell the client and see if they wanted to pay the extra or make cut backs in materials or furnishings.
